Interview
There were two phone interviews. If you seem like a good fit, they will offer a second interview. It was only a two interview process with mostly workplace scenario questions.
Fairly simple. Be prepared to give an extensive answer regarding your background and lab experience in university/certifications. Be knowledgeable of Labcorp's mission and mindful of how fast-paced the workload can be at times due to it being such a high-volume laboratory. Prepare with certain scenarios you can bring up of how you contributed to a team setting/lab procedures. Standard interview questions for the most part.
