Interview
I was applying for a promotion and had to travel for 4 in person interviews. Online application, 3 phone interviews, 4 in-person interviews and finally a job offer. The position was then cut due to budget constraints and I had to re-apply for a similar position and go through the above steps.
I applied online and recieved an email with a few dates to select from to meet on MS Teams (camera off). It was 30 minutes long and she asked me about my background and why I want the role. She then gave me a rundown on the role, salary, and benefits.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Labcorp (Washington, DC) in Jun 2023
Interview
Interviewed with the direct manager two times over 6 months. The interview was facilitated by a third party recruiter. The next step would have been to interview with the VP of sales in the regional office.
