Lots of STAR based questions, best to come prepared with lots of real everyday examples of when you had to prioritize stuff in the lab. Majority of my interview questions were about this.

Very quick. Applied online, set up a phone screen then asked to come in for an in person interview with 2-3 interviewers. Got a great tour of the facility in Indianapolis. Were very nice people and great experience
was emailed to set up a time for a phone screen. set a time and received a phone call when expected. interview was a short phone screen with a few questions that got to know you and a lot of questions to clarify what you had already said in your application.
