Interview
I came in and met with two very nice people who then referred my name to Mike, who handles internal recruiting. Mike contacted me the next day and asked me to come in and meet with him and meet some other colleagues. Everyone was really nice, honest and helpful. I came in two more times to meet with more colleagues and eventually met with the CEO, Tom. We had a great conversation and then the next day I was offered a position via a call from Tom himself.

Phone screening & Zoom interview — both approximately 30-45 minutes each. The internal recruiter was interested in hearing about my prior related experience and my current career/why I’m interested in changing careers.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

How many searches on average are you currently able to handle?
There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
