Interview
I applied to a job through LaSalle Network's site, and was brought in for an interview at their Oak Brook office. Towards the end of the interview, they asked me if I would be interested in interviewing internally. I was then invited to interview at the Chicago office, where I met with 6 different people. The next step was to submit a writing sample and PowerPoint. For my final round interview, I met with two women from the Executive team. Two or three days later I was contacted by the Internal Recruiting team with my offer.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.
