LaFORCE interview questions

It was very simple and asked the basic questions. Very nice and relaxed. All the employees are were very kind. When talking about myself, I tried to ensure the employer that I am a hard worker and can adapt to different situations.

Be prepared to be told things that will be true for a few months and then sh*t gets real. Don't trust HR. Everything was roses during the interview process and they will tell you all about the fun and work/life balance - but ask THEM how often they stay past 6, 7, 8 at night. If they say they don't - know they're lying to you or they are being honest because they make JR team members stay. Ask them how many people on their team cried at work because abusive bosses were kept on teams, when they were known to be abusive. I'd just describe the interview process as wonderful, but misleading.
