LaBarge interview questions

During the process, the interview was more focused on how I would fit in culturally with the company more than my specific experience. Which was refreshing...the content of my resume provided them the info they needed to determine if I could do the job, they wanted to know if I fit into their culture.

My original interviewer was not there at my interview. So had to wait around 10-15 minutes for another person to interview me. The process was smooth and easy. I was asked simple questions regarding daily work routine.
