LVA Group interview questions

It's a two weeks process from the moment you get contacted by the HR service. One quick phone call, one recorded question, 1V1 interview and group training. It's an easy hiring process!

Very energetic and relaxed. They will take you in and go through the daily workday at LVA. The interview starts with playing a game of pyramid. The interview manager asks a lot of basic questions to get to know you and sees how you interact with people. A very vibrant and fun place to work. After the game, you get to see a glimpse of the team meeting and announcements before the one on one session. It's a great environment that requires someone to have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. The one on portion was pretty straightforward as you sit with one of the team leaders.
