was preliminary screening of candidates based on their CVs. was then invited for an initial phone interview with recruiter. Then excel test. followed by in-person interviews with various members of the team. The interviews assessed skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. didnt make it to the final stage which would involve reference checks and negotiations of salary and benefits before the selected candidate receives a job offer.

Not good. They didn’t ask me any sensible questions and I got the impression the management do not look after their staff well. Wanted to leave but had to stick it out.
