- 2 pre-recorded interview - 2 interviews with line manager + one senior from their team (had 2 since they transferred me to a different line manager but i think this should only be one interview round with the line manager) - if you pass, you get an offer

Seemed like a decent hiring process. They are discerning with choosing candidates and expect professionalism. However, after going through several interviews with their staff/the management, they will ghost you and refuse to respond to any emails you send after that.
