More than one person in the interview and they ask one by one, sometimes they interrupt each other, they are trying to play good and bad police. Generally, you can easily understand that they got bored with the interviews. After the first question, is picked up your one answer and with that, is tried to be asked another new question strainedly. Naturally, you can not understand the question at the first time. In the end, values/care to candidates, feedback/evaluation are insufficient.
