The interview process was unique due to COVID-19. There was a Questionnaire that needed to be completed before the zoom interview. It was very casual. They want to get to know you yo find the right position.

Zoom interview with team leaders. Asked questions about quantifying previous work successes and how you handle talking on the phones a lot / having a computer position vs an active position.

LRS Healthcare does panel interviews. You meet with 3-5 members of the team with different levels of experience. Friendly atmosphere. They encourage you to ask questions and ask questions about yourself. Tour of the office included.
