      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LRG (Oxford, England) in Mar 2021

      Interview

Very lengthy and in depth. Very promising responses all the way. I initially went for a trainee role, pushed up to lettings negotiator and then up to a senior position. I was told I could fall back to the lower position if I failed to get the senior role but was then denied that option further down the line. Very disappointing process as I was feeling very confident I would soon be working with them in some capacity.

      Question 1

What do you know about the company?
      Answer question

      I interviewed at LRG

      Interview

Initial phone call, then face to face with office manager, and with hr person. Nice and relaxed. Very short, chatted about the current situation with the property market- not much of a sweat.
