My interview process with LORENZ was great. I first interviewed with the Head of NA. It was a very conversational interview about my experience and career goals, and she was very willing to help craft the right role for me. I then interviewed with an Account Manager/Solution Consultant on the team, which helped give me a clear picture of what the day-to-day responsibilities would look like. The interview process gave me a great idea of the company culture so I could make an informed decision that LORENZ was the right next step for me. The interview process was extremely quick; I was informed within a week of interviewing that I would be receiving an offer.
