Upon submitting your resume you are contacted relatively quickly (within 1week) and a phone interview takes place.
Then there is a standard interview, followed by a acting interview. There is also there are a couple of orientation meetings that are required, sometimes they will have you start before the next round of seminars or sometimes they will make you wait until after all of the orientations are complete (standard HR guidelines, company policy, company history, computers system/staff access guidelines, intro to all departments of the company, benefit package)
