Was called in for an interview after submitting my application and resume online. Interviewed with an RN that worked in the office but unsure of her official position within the company (it was not the DON or ADON). It was a one on one interview in which I knew I had the job before I left the office (pending drug screen and background check). Filled out tons of paperwork prior to meeting my scheduler and receiving my first assignment.

Interview process was easy and efforless. I submitted an application online and received an email. The email led to a phone interview and background check and drug test, competency testing and all was a simple process.

Met the recruiter in Jackson, TN. We talked about the company, and what it had to offer me. They really seemed to value their employees, and they haven't shown me otherwise so far.
