The process was thorough and straightforward and relatively quick. It includes cover letter/resume, application, references, interviews. I felt respected and as if they were genuinely trying to determine if I was a good fit, which gave me the space to determine if they were a good fit for me. The questions during the interview were both based on experience as well as leveraged behavioral interviewing. I feel that some might be put off by an application or by their thorough reference checks, however, I genuinely felt that these steps helped me gather information about LENA as well as vice versa.
