First interview was mainly around personality fit and hobbies etc and some paid marketing ads questions.
Second stage is a narrowly focused personality test which basically asked you to, for example, choose between hard working and trustworthiness as your dominant attribute, strange test.
I completed the personality test and heard nothing back even after agreeing a provisional date for an in person interview, a simple 'not the right fit' feedback was given to my recruiter, which left me with very poor taste about the company and my interviewer who seemed incompetent throughout the interview, in my opinion, and was predominantly focused on hiring someone who can have the "craic" and socialise with team members which is great but left an impression that it's not a serious role and skillset/experience came secondary.
It would be a great interview process for a 'book club get together' or 'new friends social club'. Interviewer feedback takes two minutes, there's no excuse, whole experience came down to laziness and incompetence on their part in my opinion.
Gladly avoided.
