Panel face to face, very nice and interesting. The culture is wonderful, all are so welcoming. The product is extremely interesting as is the business setup / reporting structure.

What have you done in previous positions. Work well with sales. Familiar with D&B. Recons, bad debt. How to talk with a very upset customer.

First was a phone call from assistant, checking English sills and so.
Two were made with US team by phone with C-level and regional senior manager.
One was in person with regional executive team, in a more informal way, after the US team had selected me to continue the process.
