I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LBYD
Interview
Because so many LBYD engineers came from my college and the principals have a strong relationship with my professors, the interview was pretty informal. After talking with a few principals for an hour or so, we went to lunch with a few of my past classmates. Then I spent an hour talking with my former classmates and they showed me a bit of what they were working on so I could see if it was a good fit for me.

Laid back. I met with the IT manager and one of the principals of the company. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. We also talked about football a little, since I was a former football player my first two years of college.
