Interview
Their process started with a recruiter phone screen. From there you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. If you make it through that round, then you have an in person interview with the hiring manager and his boss. The final round is flying to headquarters.

They asked you about various things on the personality assessment exam... "The personality test says you are ____." Some of what it said were pretty off.
