Unorganized. Late call, and the process seems more of a bait and hook than anything else. Difficult to get simple answers as well when asking about advancement opportunities, salary range and others.

Interview
Applied online, there was a job description on website so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. The interview process was easy. Very organized. Onboarding was even easier. Most of the documents are all online and easy to sign and submit that way. Communication throughout process was great.
