Arrive in a suit and be confident. study questions on youtube and google. be confident in your answers and don't be afraid to take your time answering. look the panel in the eyes and smile a few times. try to relax.
Multiple steps including medical screening and psychological testing. Process can be compressed for out of town candidates to expedite the process. Oral interview is in front a board of 2-3 supervisors/civilians

Interview
The department interview was easy enough being that it was conducted remotely by two panelists. It was in a back and forth manner where one asked me questions then another. Both had different topics as well that they sought out.

They asked basic questions like how to address workplace conflicts, how I would address unruly civilians, my experience with a stressful situation and similar scenarios and how I went about in them.

It was quick and easy. Super easy going but at the moment their not putting people through academy do to budget cuts and covid but I’m still waiting with fingers crossed
