A bit discriminatory in the hiring process and beyond. At least from my experience. Wasn't allowed to fully express my credentials during my second interview. Interrupted often and answers dismissed because I'm a 'transplant' (not from Los Angeles area) and possibly could have been due to other factors (gender/race).
