i went in one day told them i wanted a job and was hired on the spot. the manager who hired me was transferred and now two years later i was fired by a different manager who let me go because i wouldn't flirt with him or take his creepy BS. i called HR several times and they didn't want to help me until it was too late and i was already terminated. lawsuit pending
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.
