The interview was very easy going, less of actual interview questions and more of the interviewer explaining the role and how job works with calls, leads, etc. The interview ended with him telling me to reach out and let him know if I want to proceed with the next steps of the hiring process

I believe the pay is not suitable for the job position or title. You could work long hours and not receive the necessary pay you deserve since it’s commission based.
