LA 2028 interview questions

First a recruiter - then an interview with the hiring manager. He talked at me for 75% of the interview which was a really weird thing I never experienced before in this process. Then I went on to a panel round where there was a contractor who I wouldn't actually be working with and one person from the actual department. Then a week later the recruiter said she was going on maternity leave and passed me onto a different recruiter who then 24 hours later said I didn't get the role. Weird organization for such a big event.

There were STAR method questions on initial recruiter screening. I was surprised by this occurring at this early stage since it is usually with the hiring manager at most other places.
