Second round CHRO, very casual, asking for very high-level cultural fit. Thought it was the end, it was not—ended up stretching it out for another two weeks and then ghosted me; it took me reaching out for them to flip the script and pull the rug from underneath me, albeit constant reminders that I "would be a good addition to the team". Untrustworthy, unprofessional, lackadaisical, talks up a storm if you're seen as ideal, treats you like fodder if they find better candidates. Extremely bias-prone recruiting process.
