recruiter schedule the interview with a team, then a panel interview with the team to go over the resume with a few technical questions. It might have different interview process based on department.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L3Harris in Jan 2023
Interview
They were too focused on my resume as an undergrad, rather than the qualities I possessed as an individual. It wasn't as broad as other companies because I wasn't able to get internship experience as a physics major. It led me to being rejected.
