Interview
CUT-E tests online first. If successful, called in to repeat the tests, then also given aptitude tests on computer. After these stages if still successful, given interview. This is with an airline rep. Ie a pilot or with one of the recruiters. It is fairly intense and you have to answer STAR method style questions.

Fine, just do your preparation. There are websites you can practice the aptitude tests on. Have STAR answers ready to go for the competency based interview. Also research the flight school, the aircraft they fly, and have strong motivation for why you want to be a pilot.
