I was invited to interview for a position and met with the hiring manager and another Engineer. Pretty simple questions. Unfortunately, never heard back from them despite multiple emails that I sent to the recruiter and the hiring manager.
Met at a job fair. First interview was behavioral, where they talk about the company and what their team does (without disclosing details). They do ask some technical questions in this first interview. Second interview is purely technical.

Interview
Open Day at the company, a few group activities, a relaxed lunch networking event with a few employees, and finally an interview with the manager and the head of department about your skills and experience.
This was a very informal interview with no technical questions. I had two 30 minute interviews over zoom. It was mainly about the classes I have taken and my preference of work style.
