Met recruiter at conference, got invited over the weekend at HQ. all the dog and pony show. Rental car, beachfront hotel, airfare. Blah blah blah courting procedures. There was 30 other candidates

Walk me through your resume chronologically and tell me how you would design the perfect spacecraft. Biggest tip, know who the program directors are, prepare for weird interview questions
The interview itself was tedious, the process not so much. A lot of questions were asked. I received feedback about a day or two later though. I ended up accepting the offer.

Explain how exactly you used a software to solve a problem.
Fairly straightforward and as expected, not too difficult but there were multiple rounds. Was interviewed for multiple roles at once without knowing exactly which role I was being targeted for until much later.
Phone screening with recruiter, followed by 1:1 interview with manager and then panel interview with managers and team members. Most of the questions focused on experience and behavioral questions. Overall a positive experience.
