To start, I received an automated email prompting me to select a time slot for an interview with a designated recruiter. After selecting a suitable time, I did not receive any link or further instructions about the interview. This caused some confusion and inconvenience on my end.About 15 days later, and when I have completely forgot this application,I was approached by another recruiter from to arrange a new interview. While I appreciated the effort to reconnect, I believe that a more timely and organized approach would enhance the candidate experience. I went forward with the interview primarily to gain more experience in the interviewing process as I didn't want that job anymore. Additionally, while all our previous communications took place via email, I was later contacted on WhatsApp by the recruiter to schedule a call for feedback. While I understand that we all sometimes look for more immediate means of communication, transitioning from a professional medium like email to a personal platform like WhatsApp without prior intimation was unexpected. In future communications, maintaining consistency in the mode of communication would be highly recommended to maintain professionalism and transparency. That was very strange to me and did never reply back. I never want to hear anything from them again. The most unprofessional experience of my life.

The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
