1. Made one-minute self PR video to show why Loreal needs me
2. Did a skype group interview with other applicants - one-minute self-introduction and asking questions to each other. Even though Loreal Korea is a Korean company, the interview went along with English.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
