Spoke over the phone with the President, Bill. We scheduled an in-person interview and had a fairly informal interview and talk in the conference room. Then met with the manager of Purchasing and had a secondary interview with him.

When I saw LJ Walch working on Thermal spray process, I contacted them to know about the current available opportunities. Their staff is very cooperative and asked me to apply online where, first was a phone call followed by a HR interview and next a face to face interview
