Initial call with a recruiter to assess fit with the company, then an interview with a clinical director to assess clinical skills. Clinical director's questions were pretty straightforward. Asked about how I approach FBAs, address stagnant progress/regression, and discussed pay. They are very responsive, my whole interview process only took a week.

How do you approach conversation with unhappy parents of clients?
Met with 2 people to discuss experience and how I would manage certain scenarios. Asked about time management, software used, timeliness, and expectations. Overall very fast process, they were knowledgeable and kind overall.
The process Was a quick process. Felt like process was rushed and investment in potential candidate was not there. I was provided a response the following day and interviewer did not seem interested at all.
