Initial HR call which was straightforward, going over my previous experience and general expectations for the role. This was followed by a culture fit interview with two people on the Future Leader Grad scheme ending with a final interview with the CEO.
They asked standard interview questions: background, degree, previous experience, interests, skills etc. I thought it had gone very well but they were very rude, never even got back to say I had not been selected. It is really impossible to understand for me how they cannot even be bothered to send an email after making me travel there from afar.
