The initial contact was through a recruiter who screened applications and then passed on my resume to the company. The first step was a Skype call in which a member of the UK Board and the international CEO were involved. I cleared that and was then asked to demonstrate skills in the area of operations of the Company. A topic was mailed to me through e mail at a designated time and then I had to prepare a one or two page note on the subject and mail it back within a maximum time of 60 minutes. This too, I was successfully able to do. Finally was the panel interview. The panellists were the Chair of the Indian Board, A member of the UK Board and the international CEO. The interview was a behavioural interview where a number of scenarios were presented and I was asked about how I would handle each one of them. This particular interview was tough and i did not make it here.
