must be very different depending on the branch- the one i applied for was stressful. So demanding for the entry position, wasn't comfortable at all. I had to decline the offer at the end, but can be good experience for those who are interested in travel business

they done it on-line with country manager for about a hour, through they did share the working environment and job duties etc, but they ghosted me after the on-line interview.
