It was very quick and easy. We met at the front and talked about hours and if I was interested in grading or teaching. Super easy and you don’t have to worry.

Would you be interested in teaching kids or grading?
Interview went pretty smoothly , asked about previous experience and didn't do any math or English test. Faces lit up when I mentioned I had done kumon in the past
The boss and assistant managers interviewed me about my educational experience, tutoring experience, and why I wanted the position primarily. It was professional but still there was room for more open-ended conversation on both ends during the interview.

They asked me about my previous tutoring experience, and why I wanted the position.
Quick questions from manager, not too difficult. Included questions on experience, willingness to learn and train (brief). Also asked how many hours willing to work. Interviewer was nice and patient.
