There was a lot about the company, the founder and the philosophy of the company (mainly from the founder's thoughts). It's worth finding out about the Kumon Method and their style of education.
It was a Good interview process, there were tough questions, you had lots to prepare for in advance of the interviews and there were multiple phases but I found it to be overall a positive interview process

Interview
Mismatch of job description throughout interview process. Advertised a commercial role with senior experience but it's really a role to shadow instructors. It's not a business role, and is more suited to an educator or tutor. The role name needs to be changed to instructor lead or instructor team leader.

Interview
Initial screening, then all day interview/orientation meeting, then a presentation. Took a while to get a date for the orientation meeting. Some candidates sent home half way through day. Also completed Maths, English and Aptitude Test.
