Was required to take an English aptitude test and was interviewed in person by centre manager. Centre manager also asked for my availability and flexibility on working at different Kumon locations.

it was fine a bit rushed, made us do a student worbook while timed. After that they made us answer questions- basic, run of the mill questions. I was hired on the spot.

Interview
Just take two tests, no interview required. You have to take a math and English test. If you pass either of them, you'll get a job in whichever one you passed. Easy as that.

Question 1
Math test was simple arithmetic, but you should be able to do math pretty quickly because there's lots of questions. English test was simply reading passages and answering questions regarding those passages.
