Interview
I was given written interview that need to be submitted on my first day of induction. There are 3 days of induction. The manager emailed the pdf of the questions that need to be answered before your induction started. You can submit it on any day of the induction period. The questions are basic math and english as it is what being taught at the centre.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kumon in Jan 2017
Interview
It was a standard interview, where they asked about your strengths and weaknesses etc. Had to complete diagnostic testing, which I was not expecting, so you should try and brush up on your English or Maths (depending on which one you're applying for).
