Applied online. Within a week a human resources followed up with an email to schedule a 20 minutes phone interview later in the week. Ten minutes into the scheduled time for the interview the human resources rep emailed to say she would have to reschedule the interview because she was in a meeting that was running late. We rescheduled for the next day, but she never called at the agreed upon interview time. No follow-up email or contact since.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Kumon (Rutherford, NJ) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was an extensive interview process over a period of three to four months - manager, HR, center visit, etc. Be prepared to wait a lot and deal with a lot of corporate hurdles.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of the interviews dealt with fitting into the culture of the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kumon (Boston, MA)
Interview
The process was daunting and took nearly 12 weeks to whittle down to 2 candidates and in the end they scrapped both and restarted the process. There seemed to be an enormous of red tape and complete lack of urgency. Process included reading about the company and then providing a 1-2 page summary. Also included a site visit in which a 9 question review was to be submitted. In speaking with 4 different company reps, they all explained the exact same thing. This led me to conclude there was little communication between the interviewers. They made assumptions about where I was in my career and what I wanted.

Question 1
The day typically is 8:30-5:30 and most weeks there could be visits that extend until 7, is that going to be a problem.
The territory can range in multiple states and there is a lot of driving and you are driving all over and in your car quite a bit. I hope you like driving?
I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Kumon in Nov 2017
Interview
I had read a bad review of their interview process but thought it worth a try. Seems normal to start. But after a couple of interviews including in person, they "ghost" you. Many months later they bother getting around to telling you they hired someone else. I understand not responding to every resume, but if they invite you in for a face-to-face interview, they should keep in some sort of contact before months go by. If they are this unprofessional and discourteous to potential employees, one has to wonder how they treat you once you are employed.
