No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

I went in and my interviewer asked some pretty basic questions about me and told me about their program/company. After asking which position I was interested in, they then administered a math assessment test for elementary school kids because of my response. It tools less than an hour.

How comfortable are you with kids, any past experience?
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
