The interview was setup by a recruiter. The interview was during Covid so it was online. There were two interviews, one with my direct manager and one with him and his manager.

Their interview was the strangest I ever experienced. It was for a sales roll. The interviewer asked me to role play and sell him the pen he was holding. Then he asked me to sell him paper and why that was the paper he needed to buy.
