30 minute phone screen, hour long onsite general interview, then a "day with the team". The last portion is an entire day onsite where you solve a few coursework-style ladder logic problems. These are meant more to test how you think and approach problems, rather than the answer you actually come up with. I think they ask a lot of time commitment from candidates too early, as I made two trips to Novi and spent a total of 8 hours onsite, and didn't receive an offer even though I got nothing but positive feedback during and after the interview process. The engineers are all nice, and very smart, but their process is rather absurd for the amount of candidates they continue to work with in the final stage interviews.
