Interview
Several interviews. The first one with HR and the followings ones with the team. They will also make a test that it divided in three parts. This is quite important in the process.

Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process

Phone screening followed by a panel interview with 3 seniors. Mostly around motivation and if the candidate wants to stay at the firm for the long term. They use LinkedIn to recruit
