I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Austin, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
Applied from on-campus. Interview was mainly behavioral with some technical stuff. Interviewer was nice, and seemed interested. Haven't heard back, so I'm assuming I didn't move onto second round. Still not exactly sure of their scale, but the interview in itself was pretty painless.
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
