Kroger Co-Manager interview questions

Recruiter phone screen, district HR interview, panel interview followed by a final interview with the District Manager. The entire process was completed within less than three weeks and Human resources was in continuous contact with me.

2 phase interview process. 1st phase is to see if you have the right personality for the job. 2nd phase is a presentation to 2 - 3 upper management employees currently working with Kroger, such as Store Managers, and various people that work out of their Tri-County office. The presentation is done on Kroger's core values, once complete the people giving the interview will ask you a couple question per person.
